Role Overview:

The Hersir and Seer of Strategy is the chief architect responsible for guiding the long-term strategic direction of SagaHalla. This role provides both leadership and visionary guidance to ensure SagaHalla’s strategies align with its mission of building a decentralized cooperative economy. The Seer will drive high-level planning, offer foresight into future opportunities, and ensure the cooperative remains at the forefront of blockchain and cooperative trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and maintain the cooperative’s strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with SagaHalla’s decentralized governance model and cooperative principles.

  • Visionary Guidance: Provide insight to the Council of Genesis Founders, helping the cooperative navigate challenges and future opportunities in the blockchain ecosystem.

  • Foresight and Research: Continuously analyze blockchain trends, cooperative governance models, and emerging market opportunities to drive long-term strategic decisions.

  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with other cooperative leaders to create synergy between governance, community engagement, treasury, and risk management strategies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Align cooperative members and stakeholders by clearly communicating SagaHalla’s strategic goals and vision to ensure member buy-in and unified direction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in strategic leadership within blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), or cooperative structures.
  • Strong understanding of long-term strategic planning, governance models, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide foresight and guide long-term decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and align cooperative members.
